Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from FLEXX to Success. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy below to ensure a smooth process.
Returns & Exchanges:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Item Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. All tags must be attached.
- Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.
How to Return or Exchange Your Item:

Before sending anything back, please contact us at flexxtosuccess@gmail.com or call us at 404-357-6068 to initiate the return or exchange. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return. -
Return Authorization:
We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization code if necessary. -
Shipping the Item Back:
Please pack your return securely and ship it to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Opened or worn items, including undergarments and socks.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Personalized or customized products.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we can assist with that. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the exchange process. If your exchange requires a price difference (i.e., upgrading to a more expensive item), you’ll be notified of any additional charges.
Damaged or Defective Items:
We take great care in ensuring your products arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a free return and send a replacement at no additional cost.
Final Sale Items:
Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased with discount codes that cannot be returned or exchanged are not eligible for refunds. Please check the product page for specific details before completing your order.
Important Notes:
- Processing Time: All return/exchange requests may take up to 5 business days to process once we receive the returned item.
- International Returns: If you are located outside the U.S., you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and international duties and taxes are non-refundable.
